Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Charge Restrictions Subtask

Use the Charge Restrictions subtask to select which employees are allowed to access the selected charge.

Note: This tab is available only if you have selected a charge that has the Restrict Access check box selected.

Table Window

Field Description
Employee Name

Click to select the employees that are allowed to access the selected charge.

Employee ID

Click to select the IDs of all the employees that are allowed to access the selected charge. This column will display only if your system has been configured to show employee IDs.
